How did you learn to ride a bicycle when you were a child? You probably did not read a book about riding bicycles or listen to a lecture.  You got on the bike and eventually got your balance; it was personal, action-oriented, and your learning lasted. 

In the workshops, you will participate in a structured series of exercises, conversations, and games that are metaphors for life.  Our facilitators will operate as coaches and partners, rather than as teachers imparting facts to be memorized.  You will learn through doing and noticing what you did objectively, not through memorization, note taking, and studying.  You will come face-to-face with many unexamined practices and assumptions about life that invisibly shape the quality of life and the results you produce in the areas that matter most to you.  As you move to our upper level courses, you will redesign your attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors to align with your intended commitments. This technology facilitates learning through an active, hands-on, and generative process.  It allows you to be responsible for your own learning, and to discover what it will take from you to get to the next level of fulfillment and accomplishment.

Through the workshops, you will be invited to take decisive action that is consistent with the focus and commitments you choose. The objective is for you to have true choice and to give you a new sense of freedom about yourself and your life such that you accomplish extraordinary results, achieve deeper personal satisfaction, and make a difference in the world.
